In this role, you will work with cross functional teams to develop the positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation to enable marketing, sales and channel partners for new and existing products to maximize visibility for our customer base profitability. Working with cross-departmental teams, you will create the go to market strategy, co-managing the commercial launch process with counterparts in marketing and business development to drive customer interaction and conversion.
The Account Manager will act as a point of contact for their clients. They will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their contacts, always striving to find opportunities to generate more revenue for the client and the company.

Labviva is seeking an enthusiastic, reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to provide world-class support to our customers who utilize the Labviva Marketplace. On a daily basis, you will assist with processing new orders and sending related communications, updating/following up on open orders, field/route calls and emails from Buyers and Suppliers. You will research and reply to order status inquiries, handle communications with Buyers and Suppliers regarding pricing discrepancies/discontinued items/backorders, handle/route customer concerns or complaints appropriately, and other tasks as assigned.
